I’ve been meaning to do a review of the Sole F80 Treadmill for about two months now. I have used older versions of the Sole F80 for long periods of time in the past and found out first hand why the Sole F80 is one of the most popular treadmills out there. Sole Fitness has forged itself such a reputation for quality treadmills that Hilton Hotels selected Sole Fitness to be its sole provider of treadmills and elliptical trainers. It’s time to explain why you need to buy a Sole F80 Treadmill.

Comfort
One thing that can only be appreciated in person is how comfortable the Sole F80 Treadmill is. The biggest deciding factor in a treadmill purchase should be comfort. If a treadmill is not comfortable it will never get used. The Sole F80 Treadmill’s shock absorption system made it very easy for me to run without feeling like I’m wearing my body down. Thanks to the design and 3.0 horsepower motor the Sole F80 has a smooth rotating treadmill belt and the belt did not slip when running at higher speeds. I would liken the difference between running on pavement and running on the Sole F80 Treadmill similar to the difference between driving a Honda Civic on asphalt and driving a Honda Civic on a rocky dirt road. The Sole F80 Treadmill makes it as easy on your body as possible to get some serious running and jogging time.
Features
On paper, there are at least a dozen other treadmills that look like a strong matchup to the Sole F80 Treadmill. You get an 11 MPH top speed which is just about at the average range for a $1500 treadmill. There are even treadmills out there with a greater running area than the Sole’s 20” x 55” of running space. Where this treadmill starts to show its game face is warranty. The Sole F80 Treadmill offers a five year parts warranty and a two-year labor warranty. Many treadmills in this price range are backed by relatively short one year parts and labor warranty. The exceptionally long parts and labor warranty of the Sole F80 Treadmill tells reviewers like me and consumers alike “we built a great treadmill, and we stand fully behind it!” I tend to favor companies that trust their own products enough to back them with their own money. In this respect, Sole Fitness is willing to strongly back the Sole F80 Treadmill. You know you are

Final Analysis
The one drawback to the Sole F80 Treadmill is a lack of special features. There are a couple features worth noting like speed and incline controls built into the handle and an easy-to-use console, but I feel kind of shortchanged when it comes to programs. I would like to see Sole Fitness include a more robust fitness program selection. On the other hand, the Sole F80 Treadmill has a powerful motor and one of the best treadmill shock absorption systems I have ever used. Sole Fitness got the most important aspect of a treadmill right with the Sole F80, comfort. If you are looking to bring a gym quality treadmill home you’ll be highly satisfied with the Sole F80 like I was.
