Hello Readers,
Elliptical Trainer Review: NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer
Elliptical Trainer Rating: 3.5/5 for average features and specifications, slightly off balance frame
Price: $599
It is time to review more colorful elliptical trainers I tested out when I went to Sears this morning. Welcome to my NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer review. You’ll be able to easily spot the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer when you walk in a serious because it’s probably going to be the brightest thing you’ll see. The rear wheel drive of the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer is painted a very bright orange. I notice a lot more about the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer than just the colors and I’m ready to share everything that I have learned about the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer right now and it’s elliptical trainer if you.
When I tested out the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer the motion was very smooth considering the $600 price tag. I suppose the best I can say about the motion of the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer is that it is slightly above average. The other thing I notice is that the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer does have a very slight wobble. The wall can probably be fixed with a little paper placed underneath the base of the elliptical trainer, but I really would prefer to buy an elliptical trainer that was already perfectly balanced when I bought it. I will admit, many of the elliptical trainers in the $600 price range are going to have some sort of motion problems, which makes the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer an average piece of fitness equipment.
As far as features and specifications go the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer does have some pretty cool features. The stride length is adjustable from 13 inches to 18 inches. Even though I like that the stride is adjustable and the justice system seems to be more mechanically sound and a lot of other elliptical trainers that include an adjustable stride future, I still think that if you’re going to make an adjustable stride elliptical trainer it should be adjustable to at least 21 inches. Going from 18 inches down to 13 inches basically just makes you feel like you’re wearing handcuffs on your ankles. It’s not really a very comfortable feeling especially if you’re trying to run. I’m sure that there is some obscure sport that I’ve never heard of that a 13 inch stride length is useful for, but chances are you are never going to play that sport.
The NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer has a built-in weight-loss training programs and if that’s not enough for you you can buy in iFit memory card that has specially designed and sometimes celebrit fitness chair narrated workouts. I really do like the iFit system and the iFit cards, it’s one of the more innovative features I’ve seen in fitness equipment and quite sometime. The NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer is also iPod compatible which means that you can plug in your iPod and listen to music without having to put on some headphones. I’m a fan of cutting out as many wives as possible that’s one of the main reasons why like this feature. To cap it off he got 12 levels of resistance. It is possible to get 16 levels of resistance for the same $600 price tag, once again leaving the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer and the average category.
Final Analysis
for a $600 price tag and largely overlooked a frame that is slightly off balance or wobbles. Once again the wobbling can be fixed with a little bit a newspaper or perhaps pages of that crappy novel you’ve been writing that you’re embarrassed that you ever wrote. Like many other elliptical trainers from the Icon Fitness family fitness equipment the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer has lots of really cool features that make it stand out from many other elliptical trainers in the $600 price range. You get built-in iPod compatibility, access to the iFit system, and an adjustable stride system that actually works well. Adding many people would be happy taking the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer home.
If you are looking to do a little comparison shopping I also recommend the Horizon Fitness EX-58 Elliptical Trainer. Even though I recommend the NordicTrack E5 VI Elliptical Trainer it might not be for everyone. Go ahead and check out the Horizon EX58 Elliptical Trainer.
